Kathryn Jean Endsley age 86 of Ashland, passed away on November 22, 2022 at her residence following a brief illness. Born on March 13, 1936 the daughter of John E and Helen I Harpster. She was a Ashland resident most of her life but did spend 20 years with her husband Larry living in Port Clinton and Key West for Larry’s charter business.
He was born in Jeromesville on July 10, 1938, the son of the late Francis James and Maxine E. Miller. Richard had been a resident of Ashland County all of his life. He had been employed with the Timken Co. as a machinist for 26 years before retiring in 2000. Richard was an avid old car enthusiast who enjoyed restoring old cars and attending car shows. Later, Comstocks's three sons joined the family business.

In the early years of the business, Max ran an ambulance and taxi business to supplement his income. In 1966 and 1967, Max’s sons, Ken and Ron, joined the family business. In 1993, the Kaye family sold the business. Ron remained to serve families at Kaye Funeral Home & Memorial Chapel until August of 2016. The businesses moved again to Rubidge Street in 1949.

She was born December 3, 1922 in Ashland, the daughter of Benjamin and Mabel Graber. Mary had been employed with General Motors building planes during WW II, she and other women were known as “Rosie the Riveter”.
Jean was a graduate of Ashland High School Class of 1954. She was a homemaker but had previously been employed at Key West Clothing... Morton age 74 of Mansfield, peacefully passed away to heaven on Friday December 2, 2022 at Avita Hospital in Galion, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Akron, Ohio on March 24, 1948 the daughter of William and Norma Jean Ries. Lori was a homemaker and had previously been employed as a Pre-School Teacher and Accountant. On October 16, 1994 she was married to David Morton who survives.
